Heavy duty steel construction with welded safety heel restraint. Fork extensions affect truck capacity. Refer to your lift truck manufacturer for a derated capacity. Durable powder coat Safety Yellow finish. 2" maximum fork thickness. Sold in pairs. 

NOTE: Extension width is 1-1/8" greater than fork width. 

NOTE: OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of your truck for written approval for the use of any fork truck attachments. 

NOTE: OSHA regulations state that the length of the fork extensions may not exceed fork length by more than 50%.
