Cresswell bolted pallet racks feature stronger posts (more folds and more steel than conventional welded frames) making it easier to replace a bolted post than a full welded frame.

Stronger bolts than welds (Grade 5 bolts have a sheer factor of around 10,000 lbs -- much higher than a standard weld and more consistent than a hand-welded product).

Frames can be reinforced with tighter brace patterns to achieve higher capacities.

Cresswell Bolted Storage Racks Buying Guide

Bolted systems are the most versatile racking option. They can be shipped assembled or knocked down.

Provides a flexible storage solution with easy forklift access.

Cresswell 14-gauge steel has a 50,000 PSI minimum yield strength.

Steel box beams are also 14-gauge steel.

Beams attach securely to frames via 2 x 6-point connections.

Upright frames feature punched face slots and side holes for 3” vertical adjustability. In accordance with CSA A344.02-05 standards. Applicable in non-seismic area only.

Coated with electro-magnetic polyester powder paint for optimal durability. Frames and beams are orange in color with pre-galvanized horizontal and diagonal bracing.

Compatible with Redirack style racking.

Post sizes 3.25 x 2.69” and 3.25 x 3.25” are presently available.
